 Merchandise Return Policy

• Authorization must be obtained from MIRA prior to the return of any product.
• A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be assigned. Please refer to this number, the invoice number and the invoice date on all related correspondence.
• Items must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and all labels intact.
• Returns made because of customer order errors will be accepted for credit only and will be subject to a 35% re-stocking fee. Refunds are not given.
• Returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date.

Repair Policy

•  Customers should be able to supply basic product/problem information to MIRA's Customer Service Department. This information is required by MIRA to maintain Federal Regulatory Compliance through accurate service histories on MIRA products. Information required includes product model, serial number and a brief description of the nature of the issue. A Purchase Order Number is also needed. 
• After collecting repair information, the customer should call MIRA's Customer Service Department in order to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. You must receive an RGA number before returning your instruments or accessories for repair.
• Products that are returned for repair with incomplete repair information and without an RGA number may experience service delays.
• Please write the RGA number on all paperwork and mark it clearly on the box you are returning.

From the North, Take 146 South to the Chocalog Rd Exit. Take a left off the exit onto Chocalog Rd.

Go straight approximately 1/4 mile and stay to the right to merge onto Quaker Highway, MIRA will be on your left.

Go approximately 500 feet and make a sharp U-turn. MIRA is now on your right.

From the South, Take 146 North to the Uxbridge Exit. Take a Left off the exit onto Quaker Highway. Go straight approximately 2 miles. MIRA is on the right.
